"Contract/Temp-to-Hire"

Contract/Temp to Hire is a program that allows you to try out a candidate over a period of time before hiring. Following the trial period, the employee can be converted to your regular payroll with a conversion fee, or you may preview another candidate. You observe the employee’s performance on the job while the employee gets a realistic idea of what the position entails. This procedure greatly reduces employee turnover and the ensuing unemployment insurance claims. In a Temporary/Contract or Contract/Temp-to-hire situation, the candidate is on our payroll, and all expenses (payroll taxes, worker’s compensation, etc.) are paid by Accounting Access of Colorado, Inc. You are then billed under a pre-negotiated bill rate.

"Contract/Temp Placement"

If you have a situation that requires a temporary solution, (such as a pregnancy, illness, vacation or an abundance of work) we can help. We have qualified candidates at all levels that can fill that need at a moment’s notice. If you need someone for a day, a week or more than a month, give us a call.
